How we can change the user permission withing sharePoint group
Suppose i have group “HR Group”
Users in HR group “User-1” and “Usre-2”
Now I want to set the User-1 Permission Level [Full Control] and User-2 permission Level [View onliy] withing “HR Group”

Im a newbee in Sharepoint but one of the Things I have Noticed is that Its Difficult to Set Different access rights to Users in Same Group I suggest you have Two groups Hr Group One and Hr Group Two The assign The Rights you want to these groups and the Assign the users to the group that with the Permissions that are necessary to the User
