User profile is not sync in Sharepoint

Hi guys,

I’m trying to find any help or clues, because I’m already out of ideas what else could be with this particular user.

So, one particular user doesn’t have profile in SharePoint. Can’t find out why…. When I look into Metaverse Search person object is there with all fields. This object still have connector to AD, but connector to SP is not there. We did full sync and didn’t help. All attributes are coming just from AD, because HR attributes a sync with AD first and after we have sync between SP and AD.

Also checked DB if profile is there, but nothing is not there.

If you have any suggestions or things to check please let me know.
