My SharePoint 2010 Farm is not getting the changes from Active Directory. The Full Sync runs also fails to get the details.
I tried monitoring the Sync activity. While sync was going on, the value in yellow was increasing (went upto 8000), but later I only see few users as shown in blue arrow.
Is the yellow allow indicating the Total Number of Users it found in Active Directory for Import?
Post completion of Sync, the users don’t get latest Email ID, which was changed on AD Server.

First off I would open the FIM UI and see if there are any errors being reported, that will tell you if there are any permission issues etc

Did you check if the user profile sync account still has write and “Replicate Directory Changes” permissions ?
