Does anyone know if its possible to create a Hashtag from passing a URL from another system?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

What I am trying to do it pass a url from another system to create a hashtag.

I’ve passed other types of URLs to create sub folders in our SharePoint and recently have a need to create hashtags passing the value into SharePoint (from our business system) so the user doesn’t have to type in the hashtag manually.

sorry not sure how to explain but have no clue if it’s possible and what the syntax is
