Currently we are using SharePoint 2013 and will be migrated over to SharePoint Online (2016). Is there a way for a general user to view all their personal SharePoint alert/notifications that they have established across all SharePoint sites? I tried looking under the “About Me” section and it does not show alert subscriptions.Â

You can view only alerts that are created site collection wise & not all alerts across the server, out of the box. One way is you could build a custom webpart to pull alerts from all sites and display to the user.
