We’ve a Live Show called ‘Intranet Strategy & Planning with SharePoint Hub Sites & Office 365‘ on Weds 28th about SharePoint Hub Sites. Any questions for Mark Kashman, Andy Talbot, Sam Marshall and Susan Hanley? I imagine they won’t be able to answer all of them as there’s so many going. (We’re expecting over a 1000 on current sign-up rates).
So this is your chance to ask away.

Would like to understand how teams sites can be associated in to hub sites
I would like to understand better the use cases for utilizing hub sites, vs teams, vs communication sites and is there a way or need to connect them.
(posted a comment but now don’t see it)
I understand that if a private (limited user access) site publishes news to the hub site, only those users that can see information on the private site will see the news item on the hub. That makes sense to me, however, in that scenario, what is the recommended way to publish news for general readership from one of those limited access sites?
Hi, Mark.
I’ve heard that we can’t associate a hub site into another hub site and a site can’t be attached to more than one hub site.
What is the recommended approach if one would like to have a primary hub site (root/parent) of all sites already joined in another hub site within an organization?

I understand from another web presentation that if a site is private (limited to a few users), any news that rolls up to the Hub site will only appear to those users who can see the private site. That makes sense, but…in that scenario, what is the recommendation for publishing news from that private site to a wider audience?
