Ive started seeing this on my WFE and was wondering if anyone has encountered this before? If so how was it handled.. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am seeing this warning in the event logs, and am unable to create a managed metadata service. I get an error that says, “A database named <anything I name it> already exists.”
