Web Application is not getting created in IIS on WFE server.

Hi There,

I have installed SharePoint 2016 (using a Shared Role while installing) in Three Tier. 1 WFE, 1 App and 1 DB.
Farm is created on APP(with Application and Search role). Then Added WFE (with Front end and Distributed Cache role) in Existing farm.

Where Central Administration on APP server( FYI).
Where i Created a New Web Application. then Site collection. (Entry Appeared in Web Application list). but Web Application is not getting created in IIS on WFE server.

Even i have confirmed that “Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application” is running on WFE server..

Also I have read on below blog, Accoording to that Web application will be hosted on WFE as well on APP, is it the right behaviour when it comes to SP2016?
