I guess this is simple, yet I m strugging to find a solution.

Please let me know the procedure to get a webpart in SHAREPOINT 2013 that allows to add corporate message box with Image

You can use Script or content editor webpart with html/image/Jquery to pull corporate message from list.

2nd options:- you can write sharepoint hosted app because of SharePoint 2013.
