I was just about to move to VS Online but might look more closely at licencing from what you say.
I have been using Discount ASP.Net’s TFS offering until now
I am using SVN and CruiseControl. It is a light solution and usually you do not need more.
Assuming you have one for all the team 😉 If not that’s an expensive solution.
