I’ve been using TwitPic and I’m really not satisfied, I get too much of their advertisements. I’ve also tried posting on skydrive and it’s cumbersome to get the Shortened URLs. I think I’ve tried Google as well.

I second Maarten’s suggestion… I really like Jing for photos and video clips.
