With the release of DocSurvey and DocRead 2.1 we will now offer :
- Line Manager Reports
- Staff Quizzing and testing*
* This will be made available through our new product DocSurvey.
We are also intending to release support for Digital Signatures for those who are regulated by the FDA, but what else would you like to see ?Â
This is your chance to have your say, suggest away. BTW, if someone else has already suggested a feature please also leave a comment as it will enable us to gauge interest.
Just added our RoadMap here :Â http://sharepoint-community.net/group/collaboris/page/docread-roadmap
Hi Adam,
DocSurvey will use the branching capabilities provided by SharePoint which means that you will be able to define what should be the following question based on a specific answer. For example you would be able to redirect the user to question 5 if they have chosen option A on question 4 or to question 6 if they choose option B (you can only go forward not backward).
Will this help with your scenario?
I hope this makes sense.Â
Regards,
Hugo
Future functionality concept for DocSurvey usage in our environment.
Being an education provider, I can see enormous value in using DocSurvey for student testing after or during lesson delivery. What would be advantageous for us would be enhancing DocSurvey to be adaptive, so it can ask harder or easier questions based on the correct response. This is dry difficult to achieve as you need to setup a rather complicated algorithm in the background to know what questions to ask at what time as the student responds.
If you want some further information on this, feel free to ask. I’m not sure if this would suit any other industry/sector.
When assigning a large number of policies at one time to users, is it possible to group/aggregate them in one email when assigned rather than sending an individual email per policy? We often release 6-10 policies at a time which triggers 6-10 emails multiplied by the number of staff can trigger thousands of emails in a release.
My assumption is this would rely on the scheduler application being aware of the mass release of policies in one go.
