For me, Sharegate for changing permissions and migrating assets from UAT to Prod environment.
Hands down PowerShell. I know some of you might say it is not a tool per se. However, in my SharePoint consulting engagements and even today for my Azure workloads it does wonders.
Over the years, I’d say I’ve gotten the most use out of is ULS viewer. Even though most of my work these days is in the cloud, I still need to troubleshoot on-premises every now and then.
To get the ball rolling… when we run the Collab365 conferences (on our SharePoint Foundation platform) we use Extradium to manage sign-up’s and general user management.
