One of the great things about the desktop version of Teams is the ability to drill-down into an Org Chart under Chat > Organization. However, there is no “Organization” view in the Mobile app. Are there plans to add this as the Mobile App is useless without it.

I don’t see anything that specific on the roadmap about more options on the chat section being available on mobile devices. I am not sure when or if those will be coming, but in general not all options are available on mobile devices that are available in the client.
One possible solution though, if you are allowed to install bots in your Team, is the new Who bot. It shows up in chats as something you can have a conversation with and you can ask about a person and their role in your organization.
