Go on let’s have em, what laptops are you all running and do you recommend for SP 2013 development ? The MBP a contender (surely not)!… Is anyone surviving on 16gb ?
UPDATE! Can you also add your laptop and configuration to this list : (User “Add to List”). http://list.ly/list/73V-sharepoint-2013-laptops. If someone has the same one, just vote it up.
Eurocom has laptop models with 64GB or RAM. They use a server board. For those feeling out-of-space with 32GB or RAM here’s the link:

These are pretty ugly laptops though.
HP EliteBook 8570W – Actually what I run – there actually quite a few variations of this model.
Another option is the HP EliteBook 8570W — 15.6″ display, up to 32Gb ram (only with quad-core processors though), built in msata drive slot (mine came with a 24Gb msata card set up as a cache of the 750Gb 7200rpm hard drive), but Crucial has a compatible 480Gb msata which I’ll consider just as soon as I can figure out how to make it the system drive.
One of the Lenovos makes you choose between a msata or 3g card — the HP allows both simultaneously, so if mobile broadband is important that might be an issue for you. I’ve also swapped in a Crucial 960Gb SSD for the hard drive, and if I need any more space I’ll look at changing the DVD for another 960Gb (or the new Samsung when it’s available).
So far I’m pretty happy with it — just haven’t tested it with a full sp2013 build yet (with OWA & AWF) but that’s coming very soon ….
It’s an Ivy Bridge processor setup, so as the Haswells are en-route you might see some end-of-line clearance bargains on these soon.
Hi Pham, thanks for the input. Do you have other recommended laptop for my needs? to conduct presentation and develop application in SharePOint. Thanks

Wow … what a lot of responses!
