Planning to build a desktop PC for SharePoint 2013 development but there’s no guarantee that I won’t going to play games on it too :-).
I have already done a lot of research and came up with this build,

However still confused as if i7’s Hyper threading will be any helpful for SharePoint 2013 (as much as i heard SP2013 is only memory and disk I/O hungry)
My budget is around 1000 British pounds so Laptops are too expensive (less future proof) to be considered for SP 2013 development and the way I work laptops are not quick enough (3,4 virtual machine running at same time with hundred of browser tabs -_- )
Dear Vlad,
As it is known like; Intel® Core™ i7-3820 is a Intel® (High End) DESKTOP Processor,
Just wanted to know like; are there any known Issues with running SharePoint 2013 on Destop System(s);
for Example: Desktop with Desktop Processor like Intel Core i7-3820 or i7-4770 series (+) Plus Desktop Motherboad like any other suitable compatible Motherboard(s) or DH87RL with Windows 8/8.1 Operating System as HOST with 32GB RAM. On that, Hyper-V Virtual Machine, Windows SERVER ( 2012 R2 / 2012 / 2008 R2 / 2008 ) OS as Guest and SharePoint 2013 on
Windows SERVER OS.
