Just to answer some of your points which are well made. In the real world we would have to restrict the cost somehow and this is the reason why there is a limit on 3 people – there is no perfect solution. There is no limit on the number of roles they can play. There is no cash limit 😉 but having Dan Holmes et al on the team would be a bit out of budget!
You could bring on/take out people at different points I guess though this is difficult to resource and synchronise.
