Yes and you could probably let the consulant handle the project management as well, but I’d have 2 spare roles. And in my experience, especially project management is something most people don’t like doing. So PM might not be a fulltime role, but it’s needed.
And having a requirements engineer alongside the consulant makes sure you can do things simultaneously, implementing site A whilst site B is analyzed.

We need someone to do our graphis which is must in the marketing environment.

Our timelines must be up to scratch, the project manager will monitor the propreccend to end.
Hi , Below are three role which I prefer, Architect can play the role from Requirement engineering to design and architecture of the solution, Developer can focus on code, web developer can help for branding. these three role can help to build solution from simple to complex solution for internet ,intranet and extranet scenario.
