Our workflow is not sending an email.
Alerts are doing fine and workflow is working fine too. Only when it sends email.
Below is shown in the logs.

Please check any thing blocking in firewall and also your antivirus. Make sure you add your sharepoint exceptions on Antivirus software.
Meanwhile check your exchange ip whether it is pinging from your sharepoint to exchange.
