Laura talks about the Common Data Service from Office 365. She initially considers what it is, how it works and why you may want to use it and how it relates to Power Apps and Flow.
She explains the benefits of setting up different environments to use alongside the Common Data Service before demonstrating how to create a new one from the Office 365 Admin Centre. She also looks at the different environment and user roles that are available and how to set up the roles within the environments.
