When we tried to delete the O365 SP2013 site containing a list with more than the default list view threshold limit, it was displaying the following error message.
Error: “The attempted operation is prohibited it exceeds the list view threshold enforced by the administrator…”
The site deletion was failing with the above message. But managed to delete by deleting the List individually and then deleting the site.
