This session will provide a road map to implementing Sharepoint as a shared service in your organization. From gathering business requirements to designing the system architecture, to setting up a support model, this session will provide a real-world example of the implementation of a SharePoint shared service in a higher education environment. The goal of this session is to provide participants with not only tips on how to be successful but to also provide lessons learned along the way.
